Saturday Evening at Barrassie Golf Club

A quiet evening at Barrassie Golf Club. Started at 7pm and finished at the very grown-up time of 11pm. Age Range from 45, sorry if anyone there was younger, through to about 70+. More people at the elder end of this age spectrum than the jolly young age of 45. Still everyone was very polite and everyone had a dance which is nice to see. I also wasn't once asked to turn the sound down. I also had a fantastic view over the golf course when I looked up. All in all a very pleasant evening. Two or three folk told me how good the music had been and that is such a nice change from generally being taken for granted. The prevailing view being that any chimp can play one record after another. Whilst strictly this may actually be true the reality differs as any one who has spent an evening with a poor dj will know.
This evening passed quickly because it was a change of client group for me and as such had to think all evening about what songs to play and how to put them together.
It went well though.
